TopBand: 4U1UN on 160

Dear Gang,

              Think I may have some good news. 

              Spoke with 4U1UN on 12 meters this AM and asked about
operation on 160. He replied that they will be doing antenna work in "the
next ten days" and should be QRV on Top Band over the Holidays.
