TopBand: CN8WW - Boring Report

With the K index at 5, CN8WW was coming in much earlier than last 
night - however they QRT at 0448Z to go to 80 meters.  Were Q5 as
they said "QRT QRV TMW 73 73".  

The funny conditions seem to be helping.
