This maybe to late for some of us but perhaps others may be able to work Hiko
on 160 meters. I would suggest you give him your best time (sunrise or
sunset). You may also want to suggest some kind of antenna for 160 meters.
Inverted L's are pretty simple. Remember he will be transmitting between
1907.5 and 1912.5.
