"Plans for an early October 2000 East Timor operation concentrating on
the lower HF bands are underway by Dennis, K7BV, Made, YB9BV, well
known USA Low Band operator Dick, N6FF. Dick will be making 4W
available on 40, 80 and 160 for over a week. Special antennas for the
operation are being constructed at this time. Check out the East

de W4ZV...both Dennis and Dick are avid Topbanders and this will be a
