Topband: Revised 1999 SPDC Certificate Winners

    Here is the revised list of the SPDC certificate winners.

    To review, all operators who had a verified score of 1,000 points
    or more, and did not win a plaque, will receive a certificate. In
    addition, all grid field winners who had a verified score of at least
    500 points, and did not win a plaque, will receive a certificate.

    There are 36 winners in 14 grid fields. Listings are shown in order
    of finish in each grid field:
