Woke up this morning and had a new blanket of snow on the ground. About 2 inches. A thought came to me. My radials are on the ground (Poor Ground, rocks, mountain top), and are now covered with the snow. Question: Does the snow (since it wet), improve the efficiency of my vertical? Does any depth of snow improve the efficiency of an on the ground radial system? Has anyone ever measured the conductive properties of snow? Thanks, K2WH |
