Topband: fence insulators for Bev. SUMMARY

Thanks to all that took the time to reply. All the replies were almost
identical; no, it won't hurt electrically to wrap the wire around the
insulator but don't do it for mechanical reasons. I never gave that much
thought but with the trees swaying and branches falling, it would be best if
the wire just laid in the clip so any slack would help prevent the wire from
breaking. Hope to see you all during the Stew Perry. 73 and happy holidays.
