Topband: Need help on KD9SV preamp article....

Bought the circuit board for the KD9SV 160 Meter preamp from FAR and had
them send me a copy of the October 1989 Ham Radio article on same.
Unfortunately, the copy of page 48 of the article is extremely poor and
can't make out Figure 3 nor the bottom half of the page.  Any chance someone
could send me a good copy?  I can handle FAX, or any type of image.  Thanks
for any help you can provide.
