Topband: 9L1BTB

Hi all,
I'v just got e-mail from Zbig 9L1BTB /SP7BTB/.
He came back to Sierra Leone after holidays in Poland.
He was already yesterday on 1829,8 kHz around 2250 utc
and he will be next days between 1828-1831 kHz after
2130 utc. His activity depends mostly if there is
a power electricity in the Town.
He is using a dipol 13 meters above the ground ,IC706
and Emtron DX-1b.
