The Belgian rules:
1.81 - 1.83 Mc/s 150 Watts or 1000 watts, if declared to the IBPT ( FCC
eqv. institute ). NO amateur protection.
1.83 - 1.85 Mc/s same rules as before, but this part of the band is
exclusively for amateur use, so protected.
