Just my two cents but anything within FCC jurisdiction is eligible for a 1x1 
special event callsign. If you can schedule within the timeframe of a 1x1, why 
not? While I too would enjoy having a card with a (correct) prefix, is not a 
dxpedition to a rarer entity a special event? I'll take the card, assuming I 
can work them. After all, it's a needed one for me.
