According to several stations in Eu the carrier on 1836 is 2nd harmonic of Ljubljana 918 kHz 300 kW. We will ask the authorities to take action ? if no success then at least we know the source and can use it as another beacon. Thank you all. By the way KL7HBK was peaking S9 in this morning.
