Topband: KD7P/NH7

Does anyone know how to get a card from KD7P/NH7??

I have sent several cards to the Stevens Lake address that has been 
given without any luck.

I sure would like to get that one confirmed.

Also, I have been trying to get a card from LU2YE for many years and 
sent 2 or3 different times with no luck.
