Frank, I shunt feed 80 ft of Rohn 45G for 160. The tower has a huge stacked 
array on top.
I use 1/2 inch thin wall conduit for the feed. It is spaced 3 feet from the 
tower. I use compression fittings
to joun the 10 ft pieces of tubing,  with Oxigard and sealed with silicon 
rubber.
I made a 90 degree bend in a vise and connected it to the tower with 
stainless hose clamps on 2 legs.
I polished the Galvanizing with 400 grit wet/dry sand paper and then coated 
the junction with
the black electrical Oxigard paste. It has been working fine for over 15 
years
Very easy to do and I believe much better than any wire..
