Topband: Antenna Noise canceller

I have been told about the Timewave Antenna Noise Canceller ANC-4 to be a good 
device to reduce or cancel power line noises, etc...
I would like to hear from people using this device specially on 160m, with the 
pros and cons. I am using EWEs to RX, but sometimes the lines are very noisy, 
so would like to know if this could be a good solution..
