Topband: Has anyone seen this before??

I have noted skewed paths before, and spotlight prop., but I was hearing all 
kinds of strong JA stations on the west beverage, which I thought unusual ( 
that many, that strong). Also noted that I was not able to hear some of the 
other DX countries spotted - not a peep . Chagrine ...
