Topband: Looking for Teflon material to repair hy gain hy tower

Hello All,
I seem to have lost some of my past emails regarding getting material (
Teflon ? )
to repair my Hy Gain HY Tower several months back. Winter is close 
and want to get it repaired as quickly as possible. If anyone has any 
of the this material to replace the old dielectric material to 
allow it to handle high power, please let me know.
