Topband: TK5EP remote antenna switch

By any chance does anyone have PCB artwork available for the TK5EP remote
antenna switch?  The LM3914 is good for switching up to 10 antennas.
Patrick's version switches only 6 which would be sufficient for my needs
although 8-10 would be icing on the cake!  I hate reinventing the wheel, so
if anyone can help, I would be most grateful.
