Topband: ICE 196

I own a ICE 196 with resisters charred beyond reading the color bands.  
I have contacted ICE but I have not received any response from my emails 
or telephone calls.  No customer support.  Can anyone be kind enough to 
let me know  the values of the resisters in the ICE 196.  Thank you for 
your assistance.
