Topband: Stew Perry 4 seasons low power plaque

I sponsored a plaque for the Stew Perry Topband contest for the highest 
scoring low power entry that entered all 4 Stew's starting with the 2020 
Winter TBDC.
The results are in for the Fall low band Jack TBDC.
in an extremely close race, Jim W0UO has a total of 8440 points for the 
4 stews followed closely by Brian VE3MGY with 8408 points!
Congratulations to Jim for a job well done!

A great effort by Brian also. Hats off to all that brave topband with 
low power!
