Topband: Band conditions

Yes, 160 at last seemed to be working for the first time this season. Three of 
us here were getting hits on NA RBNs from 2100z onwards when there must have 
been broad daylight at the other end. Conditions were equally good this morning 
around our sunrise at 0730 but there was zero NA activity.
