With permission from the Daily DX, 6Y5IC, Wenty Bethune, from Kingston,
Jamaica has become a silent key.

Wenty's brother, (G3RFS (6Y5FS), Neville), reports Wenty's passing.h

 

For many of us who started their TopBand activities in the 80s, you'll
remember Wenty 6Y5IC.  He was QRV most evenings and had a great signal from
Jamaica.  RIP my friend!  73, Bob K3UL
