Guess I'd think abt something different from water pipe for masting. Steel
tubing may sound expensive at the time, but when u have to take all the
beams etc off a bent water pipe you'll wish otherwise. I'm using steel
tubing (heavy wall ) that was scrap yard material from hydrylic tubing for
lift trucks (as I recall). At one time, I had double sleeved water pipe
that (u guessed it, bent badldy) and it took a lot of work to change out.
Look arnd for something stronger, Tom! And longer for future use (at the
same time).
Your tribander (or similar) will want to grown into a 40 M beam or WARC
beams as well.
