Thanks for the response to my earlier note on this subject. Here is
how things worked out.
Pro 67 B to C upgrade:
Ordered in Dayton 5-17-96 with promise of 3 wk delivery
Credit card billed 5-20-96
No contact with Mosley until 7-16-96 when I called THEM
Shipment promised for 7-22-96 on 7-16-96
Upgrade kit received by UPS on 7-24-96
(Complaint forms from Mo. Att'y General's received 7-24-96!)
Given the fact that I now have my goods, I won't be filing the
complaint. However, I AM going to write a letter to Gary Sr and tell
him what I and the AG's office think of the practice of billing for
a product and then not shipping it! Mosley's product is excellent
and it's a real shame that they're soiling their reputation with
such questionable business practices.
