Has anyone summarized this whole PCS thing to where someone like me can
understand what's going on?
Does the potential exist to lease your land to them so that they can install
a tower for their purposes?
Would such an arrangement permit piggybacking ham antennas on the tower?
I'm probably just dreaming, but I sure wouldn't mind letting them put a nice
tall tower in my yard if I could 'get along' with their use.
