Scott - I agree with the masses. Get it up ASAP. When I built my
house, the builder did the excavation and concrete work for the base
and guy anchors. A few months later, when I put up my tower, over a
weekend, we got the tower up, and one antenna. Monday morning I
received a cease and desist order from the township due to a
neighbor's complaint. Fortunately, after the twp. hearings, I
prevailed (had to pay a small penalty for not having a proper
permit, screwup of the builder... that's another story), and then the
other antennas went up. Do what you can as soon as you can!
