Well, in hamradio as in all life's other aspects (there are some you
know!), there will always be some people willing to break the rules to
get some extra advantage.
One fairly often hears tales of multiKW amateur stations, the last one
was an ON /p station getting his license revoked for running 10KW+
And most serious homebuilders always love to talk about their next 2, 3
or 5KW project.
