Hello.
On page BX-9 of the Rohn Consumer Catalog it says No.3 Bars, 12" on
center eachway top and bottom.
I know what #3 bars are and understand 12" o.c. but does this means you
have a frame 3 inches below the surface and then a frame 3 inches above
the bottom of the concrete which are not hooked together?
Are all the bars horizontal or are there supposed to be vertical ones?
