Stephanie,
Try moving the sloper feedpoint up to the top of the tower and add
a choke balun to the feedline if there is not one there already.  Also, 
as someone else said, try adjusting the height above ground of the end 
of the sloper.  Depending on local conditions, a slight change can make
a big difference.  Another variable that can affect the match is the 
orientation of the tri-bander...try rotating it and see if the SWR changes 
on the sloper.
