[Towertalk] TH3JR manual

I am giving awaya an old but serviceable TH3Jr.
It'll be a first beam for the receipient.
Seems I can find most every page of the manual except
the most important one - the "dimension's" page.

Since I set it up for CW and I expect it's going
to end up on SSB. Anybody have that page that
they can scan in and email to me as a jpeg?
