[Towertalk] Deed Restrictions - Houston

If I recall correctly, this thread or a recent one like it, was started by 
someone asking about deed restrictions in Houston. Today's Houston 
Chronicle has a front-page headline article on abuse by homeowner's 
associations and their attorneys. While not specifically mentioning towers, 
it makes for interesting reading as many of the concepts carry over to
