Sounds like a great antenna system, Ed !
I'm not sure about the spacing, but I am concerned about the aluminum mast.
The mast is 24 feet long, and assuming you need to get the 40meter beam as
high as you can, probably 20 feet out of the tower. I'm not sure the
tensile strength of 6061-T6 aluminum is adequate.
You may need to consider a chrome moly steel mast.
