Thanks everyone who has taken time to help me with advice on how I should proceed with shunt feeding my tower. You gave me some very useful input which I will use to guide my actions over the next couple of days. So long as the rain holds off I will bring the tower down tomorrow and start by dropping my shunt attchment point to 48ft. That being the magic height coincident with the top of the third crank-up section. I'll be sure to let you know where I get to with that. Thanks again. 73 Bob 5B4AGN, P3F |
