I second everything Greg says. I've had no problems with the Mosley
Pro57B-40 or the Hazer, but I have taken all the precautions Greg
mentioned. I also use anti-torque arms at the top of the Rohn 25 tower
along with the Phillystran cables. The entire package has withstood
recorded 125 mph gusts with no problems. Using the braking winch is the
ONLY way to go. It's hard to believe that they offer a winch without that
capability as part of the Hazer package. The momentum, as Greg discovered,
can be painful on the way down!
