[TowerTalk] LM470 Specs

Hi
 
I am considering buying a Tri ex LM470 and the current owner does not
have the specs.  I will need  to obtain a building permit from the
county.  Anybody out there have the important parts, engineering specs,
that I can take to the building permit people?
