That is correct ASSUMING that both sides of the folded dipole are the same size wire.
It is possible, by selecting the wire sizes carefully and appropriately, to make the input impedance of a folded dipole just about anything you wish it to be from about 50 ohms up to over 1000 ohms.

Maybe my memory fails me but isn't a folded dipole more like 300 ohms?
