Indeed! My really BIG gripe is that I had to wade through what seemed to be a yard of posts and read carefully to find out that the problem was lack of care by the antenna owner about his set-up and its tuning. In other words- operator error.
One benefit of reading the junk to try to find the Jewel was that I found that the manufacturer is an absolute Paragon of tolerance and cooperation; He is to be commended!
