How accurately do you want the 50+j0?

For the majority of purposes, anything under about a 1.5:1 SWR is more than
adequate: for 30kW autotune HF tx's, we had a limit of a 2:1 SWR.

If you really need high accuracy, go to Agilent for a network analyser:
depending on frequncy range etc., be prepared to spend up $60k or more.
