I think that is correct. Be sure to use the same kind of coax for both
pigtails as differences in velocity factor will affect phase angle.

Subject: [TowerTalk] Balun/Phasing question

Group, I have 2 - F12 606 I stacked and phased together @ 13 ft spacing, my
question is, the B-1 balun I had (about 5 years old ) is about 12 in long
and the new one I was sent was 6 inches long. I made the 12 inch baluns
cable 6 inches shorter. Have I done this correct? I figured the total
lenght of the phasing cables need to have the balun as part of the feed
lenght too. So, 1 cable with balun of 6 inches is 16 1/2 feet and the coax
with the 12 inch balun is 16 ft. Is that correct ?

                                         Thanks for any replies,

                                                Pete NA2P
