It's the angle that is important so the posts would be in closer but you can 
end up putting one whale of a bending moment  (due to guy tension)on the 
pile of concrete the post sets in. Depending on the load the amount of 
concrete may need to be increased substantially.  Using trig, calculate the 
total horizontal force the guys put on the posts, add the force from the 
wind, and then multiply the result by the height above the concrete for the 
guy attach points.

Periodicaly measure the posts to see if they are still in plumb or how far 
out of plumb they have moved.

Way back when:
With a 90', small tower holding a TH-5 and a TV antenna I used 4 point 
guying with 5" pipe (high way sign posts) set in about a yard of concrete 
and extending 10' above the concrete. In 10 years the tops of three had 
moved between t wo and three feet while the 4th had not moved at all.
