I've used my SMD solder station to do this, you just have to watch the heat.
They can be had for $75, so before I spent much on a heat gun I'd think about
buying a SMD station instead and having the additional functionality.
Unless, of course, you do a lot of painting, then you might want to go with
Bill's suggestion...
