If your tower is anchored into a couple cubic yards of concrete, the tower 
might actually serve as an anchor for the mobile home. (especially if the guy 
doing the home anchors cheaped out..)

I did an analysis of anchoring a temporary mast to a car, and found that the 
mast and its supports would do a better job holding the car from tipping over, 
than vice versa.
