Hi John,

  Thanks for bringing this to my attention.  I apologize for the situation. 
At this point it does look like the factory gave us a problem on one section 
of production.  I am calling Press Jones now at the Wireman to discuss this 
and your order.  I am sure that we will get this worked out and I apologize 
for the inconvenience and concern this has caused you.  Either I, or Press, 
will contact you and I will make sure of that.
