Rich,

The first thing I would suspect is the pot. in the rotor. I have had a
few die on me. The control box circuit board has gone through many
revisions. If yours contains a 7805 regulator, you might try replacing
that. I am only guessing as to what the problem may be. It is always
nice to have rotor and control boxes to swap out to narrow down the
problem.

The water jump is long and the barrier may be high,
you might break every bone, but it's so much fun to fly!

I have an older model HDR 300. The digital display is all over the
place. It zeros out okay, but once the antenna begins rotating the
digits are jumping plus or minus10 to 15 degrees. Tried replacing the
filter capacitor C5, no luck. Tried adjusting gain and zero, no luck.
Short of junking the controller, does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks,
Rich WO2Y
