I disagree -- His MONEY WAS GOOD... the service quality was NOT.
Gee, sorry to hear about your loss. One DOES expect to get what
he paid for - from any vendor or mfr, and it really sucks when it comes
in broken to begin with. Sure can take some of the glint off the new toy.
