Looks like seven: Flagstaff AZ, Grand Junction CO, Bangor ME, North
Platte NE, Las Vegas NV, Rapid City SD, and Jackson WY. Three of those
markets had no Ch2 NTSC previously, so there are a total of four markets
where channel 2 was, and will be occupied.
