[TowerTalk] KLM 15M Big Stick Manual

I just noticed that my KLM 15M Big Stick antenna manual has a page that 
printed offset to the left and the details of the element lengths are not 
readable.  Anyone out there have a good copy of that page?  It is the page 
that shows how to assemble the compression clamps and the dimensions of the 
half elements.
