I think they will probably affect each other. I would check the SWR of both
on 10 meters and then mount the beam below the tri-bander and see what the
difference is. If there is a major change in SWR, you can bet the
performance will be degraded. You could mount the 10 meter beam at right
angles to the tri-bander to lessen the interaction.
