I have had a FT34XA mounted on a TIC ring rotor for 20 years with
no problems. Mounted on the boom guy strut parallel to the boom
is a WARC band dipole (Cushcraft).

I put extra weight inside the boom on the light end to weight balance it.
I added a flat plate of aluminum on the short side of the boom so that
both sides of the boom have the same projected surface area.

Has anyone tried to mount a KT34XA on a TIC ring rotor? It looks like the boom will need to be mounted more toward the back of the beam (Reflector end) causing a weight imbalance. Is the KT34XA torque balanced or is that also something that will also need to be adjusted?
