The current divides over the radial field. QRO with one buried #22 radial is 
probably not a great idea. With a reasonable number it doesn't matter.

Physical durability is a greater concern. #22 may not survive frost heaves.

As long as we are on this subject.What abt wire diameter of the
radials.Is there a desired size.Does say #22 work as well as #12.
